Mandy Mangat MD, MPH

Chief Clinical Transformation Officer
Navvis

Mandy is a visionary leader, focused on driving Navvis’ population health strategy and solution delivery model for successful market-centric healthcare transformation. She is a design thinker who is passionate about aligning vision, innovation, and transformational strategies to deploy holistic operational models that integrate care across the continuum, while also addressing what matters to people.

As Navvis’ Chief Clinical Transformation Officer, Mandy leads product design and innovation, creating empathic and data-connected solutions for population management. Her teams include Solution Design and Development, Learning and Development, Research and Development, and Accreditations.

Mandy works closely with the health plans, health systems, hospitals, and employer clients. She also works closely with reputable academic institutions to analyze critical capabilities for healthcare transformation. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Jefferson College of Population Health, and is an editorial board member of the Population Health Management Journal at Thomas Jefferson University.

Prior to joining Navvis, Mandy led population health initiatives focused on quality of patient care nationwide for BAYADA Home Health Practice. Before BAYADA, she served as the Resident of Executive Administration for Main Line Health System (MLHS), facilitating PCMH, quality improvement, and process excellence initiatives. Mandy also worked for 12 years in several clinical and operational leadership roles in acute care hospital and public health organizations.

Mandy earned her medical degree from Saint Petersburg Medical Academy, a master’s degree in public health, with a focus in healthcare administration, from West Chester University, and a master’s certification in lean six sigma healthcare from Villanova University.
