Jon Cunningham

Navvis

Jon is an accomplished healthcare leader with 20 years of experience working with physicians, hospitals, health systems, health plans and community organizations. As Executive Vice President of Market Strategies, Jon has responsibility for the successful delivery of Navvis’ market-based population health solutions for hospitals, health systems, health plans, and physician organizations.

Jon provides leadership for the operation of Navvis’ patient-centric programs, management of high-performing and cross-continuum care networks, and delivery of Navvis’ Coreo technology platform. He oversees Navvis’ physician practice-centric strategies, including the company’s Physician Enterprise Transformation, and helps drive the advancement of value-based care payment models.

In addition to his role as Market President, Jon is an executive leader for Navvis’ physician enterprise optimization team. In this role, Jon utilizes his significant expertise creating physician enterprise governance and management structures, developing innovative physician compensation plans, and introducing value-based payment models. He is also well-versed in developing and operating programs to address social determinants of health through integrated community networks.

Prior to joining Navvis, Jon worked at Ernst & Young where he advised healthcare clients in strategic planning, physician integration, revenue cycle, pharmacy, supply chain, and financial analysis. He was also a manager of business and product development with VHA Inc. and served in hospital and outpatient leadership positions for Trinity Mother Frances Health System.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Science in biomedical science from Texas A&M University. He earned his master’s degree in health care administration from Trinity University.
